MZChecker provides creator and channel research tools, including YouTube checker tools, earnings calculators, thumbnail downloader, channel ID finder, tag extractor, data viewer, and premium TikTok and Instagram checker tools.

Information, outputs, rankings, and estimates are for general informational and research purposes only and do not replace professional advice, direct platform reporting, or independent due diligence.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

CPM, RPM, earnings, monetization, growth, engagement, and social profile data may be estimated or based on third-party services, public information, cached responses, or heuristic modeling.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use MZChecker lawfully and responsibly and to verify important facts before making financial, contractual, marketing, or business decisions.

6. Account and Premium Access

Some MZChecker features may require account login. TikTok and Instagram checker tools may require premium access in addition to an active account.

• abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• bypass rate limits or access restrictions
• scrape protected systems through the service
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or infrastructure
• resell access without written permission
• use the tools for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity

MZChecker may rely on Supabase, YouTube-related services, TikTok and Instagram third-party data providers, hosting, analytics, advertising, security, or logging providers.

9. Advertising and Affiliate Links

MZChecker may display advertising, including Google AdSense or similar products, and may include affiliate links, sponsored recommendations, or partner references.

10. Intellectual Property

The MZChecker name, logo, branding, visual design, written content, software, layout, and related materials belong to MZChecker or its owners unless otherwise stated.

11. External Links

MZChecker may link to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other third-party websites and services. MZChecker is not responsible for their content, availability, security practices, or legal and privacy policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

MZChecker is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MZChecker and its operators are not liable for losses arising from use of the service.

13. Service Changes

MZChecker may update, remove, expand, restrict, or redesign tools, pricing, premium access, usage limits, integrations, or features over time.

14. Termination

MZChecker may suspend, restrict, or remove access if a user abuses the platform, violates these Terms, creates security risk, harms the service, or uses the site unlawfully.

15. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of MZChecker after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
